Slim Trak is a general purpose asset tracking device that adds security and tracking capability to small, portable equipment such as luggage, generators, compressors, pumps, backhoes, Bobcats, and much more. In addition to equipment and vehicles, the device can provide security for a range of construction assets such as supply pallets, tractors, wire spools, and similar high value assets. The device is fully self-contained and will operate for up to 90 days or 180 locates on 4 AA batteries, or can be hard wired to the unit's electrical system using the Vehicle Adapter Module (sold separately). The device can be programmed to send a status report at whatever frequency the user desires, and has a built-in motion detector to automatically send out position reports if unauthorized movement is detected. Constructed of a water tight high quality plastic, the Slim Trak is vibration, moisture and dust resistant. The system weighs only 3.6 ounces. The all new SlimTRAK real time tracking system makes all others obsolete! No more complicated wiring or GPS antenna mounting. Due to new state-of-the-art "high sensitivity antenna" technology, the very small SlimTRAK tracker is completely self contained, including 4 standard "AA" batteries that power the unit for a full 90 days or 180. Of course, if you prefer a permanent installation, connection assembly with battery back up is also available as OPTION. INSTALLS IN SECONDS: Once activated, SlimTRAK can be installed anywhere in the vehicle, including trunk, under seat, in glove box, or any other convenient location. For covert applications, our custom fitted waterproof insulated magnetic case (OPTIONAL) allows for quick installation under the vehicle, bumpers or under the hood. Unit can easily be moved from one vehicle to another. Also great for protecting heavy equipment, boats, industrial equipment and many valuable assets. To track your vehicle, simply access the SlimTRAK website from any internet active computer, type in your password, and a detailed map with tracking information appears.
